Get your sweat on and dance it out together! 45 minutes of fitness and cardio-style movement followed by a 15-minute guided choreography jam—ideal for families who want to move together. Registration rates are good for the whole family, but solo dancers are welcome to register too.

Want to try it out first? Start with a drop-in! If you decide to join us for the full 12-week term, your drop-in fees will be credited towards your registration.
